• You can choose what you want to learn or what goal you want to achieve and schedule a private one-on-one class.
If you are interested in learning ways to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief/loss, or other emotional upset, private sessions are available to learn specific practices to support your overall health and wellness. Enjoy a personal class or schedule a private group for up to 3 friends or family. Learn forms of meditation that work for you, aromatherapy, Tai Chi/Qigong, changing our perspective and though patterns, or experience the healing power of ceremony.

For a one-on-one session tailored to your needs, goals and intentions
- $60 per person for 1-hour
- $89 per person for a 1½-hour session.
- All private sessions include take-home educational materials and useful gifts
- You will receive a questionnaire ahead of time to help customize your private learning session

There must be 3 guests total to have private group pricing for family or friends.
For a private group class of 3 or more members

Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. It does not ever minimize a trauma or release anyone from an injustice. It is, however, an incredible way to free yourself from the energy connected to the hurt or experience of the past.

There is a multitude of meditation practices that may be be just right for you - learn meditation techniques for those with busy minds, nervous energy, or who simply want to be able to achieve some level of peace and calm throughout the day. Learn meditation in motion, such as tai chi movements, for those who can't sit still.
Mudras are hand positions connected with the energy patterns of our body and they can be learned and used for specific intentions or needs. There are mudras for patience, self-confidence, clarity of thought, digestion issues, bringing balance into our body, and so so much more.
Aromatherapy is effective for many people to combat depression, stress, anxiety, worry, confusion and anger. For example, scientific studies have proven that Rosemary Essential Oils promote clarity of thought, which helps us to make wise decisions, halt the onset of Alzheimers, and helps students taking tests to think clearly.
Reflexology and Acupressure is the healing art of apply pressure to specific energy centers and points on the body to provide pain relief and promote overall health and wellness. Many of the techniques are such that we can perform them on ourselves to help relieve headaches, arthritis, and a long laundry list of physical issues.
Sound therapy resonates with many people, and include learning to work with singing bowls, drumming, sounds of nature, and sacred songs, chants and mantras. Sound therapy can be very healing, calming and provide a unique avenue for those who relate to sounds.
Ceremonies presented at White Barn are often based in the teachings of indigenous cultures to bring a deeper level of peace and healing. Ceremonies may include the Spirit Arrow Ceremony (to release our burdens of the past), The Walking Out Ceremony, The Pachamama Ceremony, the Dispacho Ceremony, and others. Details of each ceremony are provided when you inquire.
The healing energy of a Medicine Wheel has been around for centuries in a wide variety of cultures. The Sacred Hoop leads us through our path is life and teaches lessons in each quadrant. The meaning of the Wheel is found in the teachings, the stage of life, the seasons, the time of day, the colors, the animal teachings, the herbs, and more. It's a great place for meditation, prayer, reflection and healing.
Stones and crystals that are harvested from nature carry unique energies that have come to carry specific meanings.
Carrying, holding, wearing or simply setting out crystals may have an impact in your life. For example, amethyst is commonly used to help lessen grief and sadness, and to help us celebrate the graduation of a loved one into the world of Spirit. Malachite is known to draw out back and joint pain, while Clear Quartz is a master healer and used to sooth burns.
Art Therapy is a mix of meditation and intriguing art projects that are created during the guided meditation. No prior need of art skills are needed, and anyone can benefit on a personal and spiritual level from working with the "Creative Spirit" classes offered through White Barn. Instructor, Annette Bragg, has a great deal of experience in art, having graduated with two art degrees which included illustration and drawing, and worked as a professional artist owning an advertising agency for 11 years.
Vision Quest Teachings are theme-based, such as Raven Speaks (helping us to deal with transitions and changes in our life); White Buffalo (helping those who feel less-than, are bullied or who lack confidence in themselves); and Eagle Medicine (tapping into the teachings and lessons of the Eagle, helping us to see things in life more clearly and from a broader perspective and learning to not compare ourselves). More info is available on each of the Vision Quest Teachings. A Vision Quest session is normally 2 hours and includes a ceremony.
Parable Teachings give us an opportunity to gain insight into our own lives and to look at circumstances, situations, events and experiences in an entirely new light. The parables we share each have their own lesson and meaning, and are rooted deep in the cultures of the Chinese, Japanese, African, Native American, and other cultures. Even one or two parables can be incorporated into private one-on-one or private group classes to add a unique method of learning.
Learn healing techniques such as the energy points of Song Kong Tong Bing Quan Yu, the peaceful floating pearl of The Small Heavenly Circuit, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which is also commonly known as Tapping, self-Reiki (this is not a certified class but reviews the basics for self care),
and the motions of the 8 Steps to Unblocking Energy. All are rooted in the concepts of energy healing.
